1) NASA actively recruits engineers from the University of Mayaguez in Puerto Rico. There are currently approximately 300 Puerto Rican engineers working for NASA.

2) The University of Puerto Rico Medical School graduates more doctors and specialist per capita than does the entire United States. Most come to the U.S. to practice. Maybe one will perform surgery on you!!

3) Puerto Ricans have consistently made up a disproportionate number of the recruits and casualties in the wars of this nation beginning with WWI. Their per capita totals are more than any of the totals for the recruits or casualties of any of the 50 states. They have paid the ultimate tax--THE BLOOD TAX!
